1. Be in your seat ready to work from BELL to BELL.
2. Show respect to all in the classroom.
3. Bring textbook, notes and pen/pencil each day.
4. Gum, food and drinks are not allowed.
5. Resting your head on the desk or sleeping is not permitted.
6. Students may use their agenda hall pass TWICE per nine weeks.
7. Inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

8. No cell phones or other electronic devices.

9. You are to follow instructions for safety in the lab.

10. You are to stay in your seat until the bell rings.

1. If tardy, sign in
2. Sit in assigned seat
3. Work on bell work
4. Participate in notes or activities
5. Work on assigned classwork

1. Students are NOT permitted in the chemical storage closet.
2. Students are NOT permitted in the lab area until given permission by the teacher.
3. Students are to follow instructions for safety in the lab.
4. After the lab is finished, students are to stay in their seats until the bell rings.

1. Read lab instructions
2. Perform the lab
3. Clean up the lab station
4. Answer lab questions
5. Turn in lab sheet

1st infraction-the student receives a warning, problem written on a behavior form
2nd infraction-the student receives 2 page report about the behavior
3rd infraction-the student receives phone call to parents and Disciplinary Referral
