One of the most exciting subjects of study in fourth grade is SCIENCE! I make an extra effort to involve students in lots of great science projects and experiments. We will begin the year with a study of plants and animals. Students always enjoy the projects we do with plant and animal cells, terrariums, and plant parts. There are several times during this study when your child will be asked to bring in some supplies for a class project. Most of the time, these are extra items that you may have at home or things that can be collected.
