Parent Notes:
Remember that students need to continue to read and practice skills throughout the summer vacation. Have a certain time each day for your child to read, encourage games that promote learning or reinforce skills. While vacationing, have your child keep a scrapbook and write about his/her adventures. I still have the scrapbook created of a family vacation to Washington, D.C. when I was twelve!
