A Word or Two From Miss Cook!

Hello!  Greetings from the Third Grade!  Let me start by saying how grateful I am to be able to work with your child this year!  I am looking forward to sharing and engaging in the learning process with both you and your child!  I have included my information at the bottom of this letter, so please contact me at any time.  I would love to hear from you!

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you.  Hi!  My name is Tonya Cook.  I have taught for 10 1/2 years!  I currently hold a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Science.  I am certified to teach k-8 Elementary Education, and k-12 in Science and Reading.  I have a passion to work with children and am thrilled to be continuing my career as a teacher!  With that said, I am very excited to see what this year has in store!  I look forward to working with you and your child along their education journey!

Please be patient with me as we begin the year.  Sometimes the first few days are a little bumpy for everyone.  If there is something you would like to know, please write a note, email me, or leave a message for me with the office to return your call.  Email is the easiest way for me to respond quickly, as I check it several times a day.  Please feel free to discuss any issues that may occur with me.  If I can't help you find a solution for your concern, I will do my best to find someone who can.
