2nd-5th Period Assignments: We will be working on our restaurant menus this week.
Monday: Requirements and take up extra credit
Tuesday: Work on rough draft handout (last day to turn in extra credit)
Wednesday: Finish rough draft and begin final copy of menu
Thursday: Work on final copy of restaurant menu
Friday: "Menu Tasting" Bring in one item from your menu to share with the class. Remember to list all ingredients on a sheet of paper and attach it to the dish.
