World Literature: November 16th-20th, 2009

Students: I know you already know this, but...cell phones, i-pods, headphones and other pieces of technology are not to be seen or used in the classroom. Please keep your cell phones in your purses and backpacks, or we will keep them in the office for your parents to pick up at a later date.
1. We are finishing the video clips of Troy. If you missed the Iliad test, please see me ASAP.
2. We will start the Greek Unit on drama next week. Please make sure you get the notes if you are absent from class.
3. We will begin Oedipus this week. Make sure you read the assignments!
4. You do not need to bring your textbook to class. Please keep it at home as we have a class set for students to use.
8. While I do not require classroom supplies, I do have some suggestions.
a.) Highlighters
b.) Dividers for your notebook
c.) blue or black pens (I am a red pen teacher. Please
do not use red pens on any assignments.)

Have you cleared up any and all fines for books and other items checked out through the bookroom? You may not check out books if you have fines.
