Monday-Sport Day-Students will stretch and exercise.  Students will then play four square using the rules that were taught.

Tuesday-Health-Students will learn about the dangers of texting.  Students will learn the conscequences of bully texting.

Wednesday-Fitness Day-Students will run/walk around the track.  Students will engage in a 30 minute walk/run activity.

Thursday-Sport Day-Field Hockey-Students will continue to do drills associated with Field Hockey.

Friday-Choice Day-Students will complete Health Posters.

Stretch-stretching exercises are on board in gym.

Exercise-Exercises are on board in gym.

Health-Safety-Car Safety-wear your seatbelt.  Do not be a distraction.

Form Running-Form Running exercises on board in gym.

Activity-Polygrams-Students will have 5 areas to go to, triangle, square, pentagram, hectagram or an octagon, while the person that is "it" hids his/her eyes.  "It" has to pick the area that is the loudest.   Students try to be quiet, so they won't get picked.  The last student standing gets to be "it" the next time.
