Hey, we now have Jefferson County Websites off the jefcoed.com site. Just click on the "Schools" tab, then "Rudd," then "teachers," and select the teacher name to view the sites. Mine has a link to this one, but I thought I'd do the same from this one :-)I have a documents file with the Semester Study Guides for Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1 available. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!

This is a work in progress, so it will grow as I add to the list of links for math-related websites. Have fun!
The following is a link from a larger site, and it shows how Braille was developed for numbers, letters, punctuation, etc.:

A VERY useful website used by students from 7th grade up to college Masters level is found at www.khanacademy.org this is a tremendously helpful site that takes you step by step through a problem. If you do not see a link on the site for the topic you need help with, simply type in your problem in the search window. For example, if you are struggling with like terms, you can type in simplifying polynomials and watch the video much like youtube videos. This site was helpful to me this past summer in 600 level college class, and it has helped kids I know all the way down to 7th grade material. Have fun!!!
