Last updated June 1st, 2010 at 6:47 a.m.To begin, let me say that I love teaching first grade! Ever since I was a little girl I always dreamed of being a teacher, and now I'm living my dreams! I have been teaching first grade at Kathleen Elementary for 5 years. Each day I learn more and more from my students! I love seeing their faces light up and the growth they make from the beginning of the year til the end. It's absolutely amazing!
I have a Bachelors in Science Degree in Elementary Education. I have been teaching for 5 years. I have certification from the State of Florida Department of Education for K-5 grades, which means I am certified and highly qualified. I also have my ESOL endorsement and all 3 levels of Technology training.
I am married to a wonderful man and we have 6 children, 5 boys and 1 girl. We love going to the beach, going out on our boat, camping, and anything that calls for adventure! With six children, there is never a dull moment!
