Hello! Welcome to Bayou View Elementary! I am Rosemary Blakeslee, and I have been teaching for 28 years. I have taught first grade at BVE for 16 years. My educational background includes: Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi, and Master of Education in Elementary Education from William Carey University. I am a member of The Governor's Teachers Council and the Board of Directors for Mississippi Public Broadcasting.
