About the Teacher
My name is René Hinkel, I am married and have 3 children that all attend LCA. My son, David is in 4th grade and my twin daughters, Mary and Sarah are in 2nd grade. My husband, Bryan, is retired Army Special Forces and currently works as a civilian on Fort Bragg and teaches night classes at Carolina Bible College. We live in Fayetteville and absolutely love it here. We have been members of Stoney Point Baptist Church since 2003, where I currently teach 1st & 2nd Grade Sunday School. I have 18 years experience in teaching Sunday School, Children's Church and AWANA (various ages 2-12). I have a Bachelor's degree in Christian Education. I absolutely love working at LCA and watching the children grow and learn. I have gotten to know most of last years elementary school children personally and I look foward to getting to know the new students this year. I absolutely love each and every one of them. I have dedicated my life to children, my own little angels and every child that enters my life through church or school.
