Study Guides
For each chapter test, you will get a study guide. The study guide will consist of about 50 short answer questions that I will turn in to multiple choice test items. Because I use them to make the test, your study guide is the place for you to start when studying. The idea is, if you work hard on the study guide, you won't have to work hard on the test. Be sure to get to work on your study guide early so you'll have a chance to ask questions in class if there is a question that you can't answer.

Vocabulary Lists
Vocabulary Terms are important introduction to the material that we will cover in a chapter. Be sure to fully explain each term answering the questions "Who", "What", "When", "Where" and especially "Why is it important" about each term. A semester worth of well-defined terms should serve as a good study guide for your final exam.

Podcasts
Ok, podcasts are popular enough to keep it going for the rest of the semester. Each Wednesday I'll post a new podcast here from the good people at Discovery Channel's "Stuff You Should Know". Download (or just click and listen) and write down ten interesting things that you learned (related to the topic since the guys sometimes ramble), turn it in, and I will use that as a drop grade for your lowest classwork, homework or vocab quiz grade. These will also be available on Mr. B's student computers for direct transfer to your mp3 player, phone, etc...Check back often for new stuff.
