Ray Miller
Hello, I am the library/media specialist at 28th Street Elementary School. I am a Gulfport native and attended Gulfport schools. I have degrees in education, administration and library science from the University of Southern Mississippi and William Carey College. I enjoy fishing, hunting, competitive shooting and gardening. My goal is the enthuse our students to become better and lifelong readers.
