4/7 Friday test on adding like denominator fractions with answers in simplest form and fraction with denominator of 10 or 100 expressed as a percent.

9/8 Write a script with 2 characters. One is teaching the other how to round whole numbers through the millions place. Final draft due Friday 9/18. Practice counting money and making change at home.

9/14 This week we will be adding and subtracting whole numbers and money.

9/22 Final draft with corrections due 9/24

9/28This week's skill is evaluating algebraic expressions. The word problem worksheet is due 9/29.

10/5 This week we are covering patterns and properties of multiplication that help remembering basic facts. Text pages 124-136 are good examples.
