2008-09 Kindergarten Class
Each week one student from each class is chosen as the Peacebuilder. This person is one who exibited kind words and kind actions to others while at school. Each peacebuilder receives a peacebuilder pin and a pencil. One peacebuilder from the school is chosen to represent Jefferson School with his/her picture in the Bureau Country Republican. We are proud of this school wide program and feel each and every child has many opportunities to be named the peacebuilder of the week!
The last two peacebuilders have been Emily Friedrich and Evie Langloss. Both of these girls are great friends and helpers. We are so proud of them!
Shayla Norton was our first nine week citenship winner. Shalya was recogznied at a little ceremony where she received a certificate and necklace. Her mom shared her special moment with cookies and juice. Thanks Shayla for your great example.
