2 September - Cake Sale 
3 September - Ear Bling Day
3 September - last day to hand in dog and cat food as well as blankets for our Year 3 outreach project!
10 September - last day to hand in Summer Pajamas for our outreach project!
22 September - Blue Mountain sandwiches please!
15 September - Talent Show! 
20th and 21st September - Parent Interviews (unless other arrangements have been made)
22 September - Please remember sandwiches for Blue Mountain!
22 September - Cultural Evening
23 September - the start of our September HOLIDAYS! 
5 October - Back to school - first day of the 4th Term

Music: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Art: Mondays
Mini Movers: Thursdays; Your children are allowed to wear their sport uniforms to school on this day. Don't forget your swimming costume and sunscreen lotion in the Summer! 
Library: Mondays; Please remember your library books!
Maths Test: Fridays
Spelling Tests: Fridays
Afrikaans spelling test - Thursdays (given new words every Monday)
Choir: Wednesdays at 10h00
Assembly: Fridays at 8h00
Clubs: Fridays
Weekly Tests
English phonics test - Fridays
English sight words test - once in a while througout the year.
Maths test - mental maths or revision of week's work, unless told otherwise; every Friday.
Please ensure that your child studies well in advance for the spelling tests! They have been divided into three groups, according to their individual abilities. Each group is allocated a specific spelling list to study for the following week's test. You can, however, challenge them to study the other words as well!
