Scoliosis Screening all 8th graders
Starting November 3 all 8th graders will come to the clinic for scoliosis screening during 8th period. BOYS WILL WEAR PANTS OR GYM SHORTS AND REMOVE THEIR SHIRTS. GIRLS ARE REQUESTED TO WEAR A HALTER-TOP, SWIMSUIT TOP, OR A SPORTS BRA.

Wed. Nov. 4 Blass's classe
Thurs. Nov.5 Fritzke, Stephens, Marshell,
Mon. Nov. 9 Gupton's class

Wed. Nov. 11 Hoskison’s class
Thurs. Nov. 12 McDowell’s class
Mon. Nov 16 Biehahn’s class
Tues. Nov. 17 Hammann’s class
Wed. Nov. 18 – till finished - Athletics
Information on Scoliosis is on the Evans Website under Nurses Clinic. Referral letters will be sent home with the student for anyone who does not pass a screening. Feel free to call the clinic with any questions or concerns.
