PREVENTION is number one to avoid illness!
*WASH HANDS with soap and water for at least 20 second.
*HAND SANITIZER is a perfect alternative to use during school.
*COVER your cough or sneeze with your shirt sleeve or elbow if a tissue is not available.
*STAY HOME if your temperature is 100 degrees or greater or if you are vomiting.
*Return to school ONLY when fever free without taking fever reducing meds (ibuprofen and acetaminophen) and vomit free for 24 hours.
*Please notify your school nurse if your student gets diagnosed with the flu, strep, or other contagious disease.
