All 7th graders will be screened for Vision/Hearing/Acanthos Nigricans starting Sept. 8th, to continue through Sept/Oct until all have been screened. When we are done with the 7th graders, all 8th graders will be screened for Scoliosis. Referrals will be sent home with those students who do not meet our guidelines. Please take your child to your personal physician for evaluation as soon as possible and return your referral form with your physicians signature to the clinic.
