6th grade students NEED immunizations updated this school year to be able to register for 7th grade! Please get your immunizations updated and the documentation of those immunizations to the clinic ASAP. The immunizations that are needed are:
A pertussis-containing tetanus booster (May appear on shot record as Tdap, Boostrix, or Adacel) and/or
A second varicella (chicken pox) vaccine and/or
A meningococcal vaccine (May appear on shot record as Menectra, Menveo, or MCV)
If immunizations are not current your student's seventh grade schedule will not be mailed out when the rest of the students get theirs. Students may not attend school in Texas without proof of up-to-date immunizations. Please make every effort to provide this proof as soon as possible to avoid delays later.
