Meet Mrs. Pittman
Welcome to second grade! My name is Nancy Pittman and I love teaching at Bayou View Elementary. My students and I work together to create a classroom community that is rigorous, relevant, and filled with wonderful relationships! I began teaching in the Gulfport School District quite a few years ago, after earning my Master of Education degree at the University of Mississippi. I have been a National Board Certified Teacher for nine years.
My favorite hobby is playing tennis. I'm excited about being an assistant tennis coach for the Gulfport High School tennis team this year.
