Monday and Tuesday:
Students will operate the Galley according to the following job descriptions:

Kameka/Jonathan |
Manager: work alongside team mates and keep the operation flowing smoothly. Directs classmates to any jobs needing completion or attention. Takes care of customer questions or problems with their orders. |

Denisha/Zachary |
Intake/deliveries: Takes orders over the internet or by phone, assigns number to each order according to when it was received. Delivers orders to classrooms and brings back payment for cashier. |

Zachary |
Runner: Helps students in each area where needed with their tasks. |

Lemaine/James |
Baking/delivery: Unpacks cookies from previous day and reheats them on top of ovens, tallies the types of cookies being ordered to determine baking needs. Packages cookies for sale, determines when inventory is low and reordering needs to occur. |

Atiana/James |
Smoothies: Creates smoothie mixes based on posted recipes, gets ice, cleans machine thoroughly at end of block, determines when inventory needs reorder. |

Jonathan |
Cashier/Bookkeeper: Makes change for customers, posts deposits and expenses, creates requisitions for new supplies, and calculates cost (including sales tax). Fills out deposit form , and calls vendors to reorder supplies when purchase orders are received. |

Wednesday:
Students will update their portfolio documentation and determine which assignments are missing. Make-up of any needed work will be available to finalize their portfolios.
Thursday:
Students will take a mixed practice review on the following information: filling out an application, completing a resume, completing a personal goal statement
Friday:
Students will play a variety of board games in groups of 2 or 3 to complete objective 9C16C:
“Demonstrate an awareness of appropriate communications and socials skills through group and individual leisure activities.
