Backpacks with wheels are not permitted.  Kindergarten students need a backpack that is big enough to carry a folder for homework, classwork, notes home, etc. 

Only the materials necessary for school should be packed in the backpack.  Kindergarten students should pack a change of clothes in a plastic bag labeled with their name.  Parents should also pack a rain poncho for rainy days in their child's backpack.

The backpack and everything inside the backpack should be clearly labeled with the child's name.

Backpack's need to cleaned out daily.  Please make sure your child's backpack is clean and does not include any unnecessary items.

Kindergarten Supply List

2012 - 2013

•    Plastic school box clearly labeled with child’s name

•  School Bag or Backpack  (NO WHEELS)

• 1 Box of Fat Crayons

•  3 Sharpened Fat Pencils

•  1 Large Glue Stick (No Liquid Glue)

•  1 Pair of Good Quality Blunt Nose Scissors (all metal blades, i.e. Fiskars)

•  2 Primary Composition Books for Journal Writing 

•  Primary Lined Paper for homework

• 1 Poly Duotang with pockets and prongs
• A poncho for rainy days
  

•  All school box supplies should be labeled with your child’s name

• All personal items including lunch boxes and outerwear should be clearly labeled with your child’s name
