My husband and I live in Monclova and have a dog, Sophie, and a cat, Mikey.  Our dog is very spoiled now that our children are grown and married.  Sophie is a 5-year-old Golden Retriever who likes to chase her orange ball and take walks. 

Our daughter, Crystal, got married in May, 2008.  They live in Findlay where she works at the University of Findlay.  She coordinates student learning, a job that includes supervising the Habitat for Humanity chapter at the campus.  She works on Habitat Spring Break trips and has built in Mississippi and Georgia (as well as Ohio). 

Our daughter, Vicki, got married in 2006.  She is a manager at the Books A Million store in Perrysburg.  She is a graduate of Ashland University with a teaching degree.  Vicki and Nick had a daughter in April, 2009.  Her name is Alexis Kate.  She is a precious little girl. 

I love taking pictures.  On vacation, my camera's batteries lost their charge and I was sooooo upset.  I couldn't wait to get them recharged!

I also love working with children.  I've worked here at Lial for 18 years and there have been a lot of changes.  It's challenging and fun to try and keep up with technology.  I love to try new things.

I enjoy travel and reading.  Last summer we went to Nashville, Tennessee, for a week.  It was a great trip.  In 2007, we drove through South Dakota and Colorado and it was awesome out west. 

The book I really enjoyed reading last summer was "Pillars of the Earth" by Ken Follett.  I'm currently in a Bible study group learning more about the Bible.
