• Quiz corrections are due the day after they have been passed back
• They are due at the beginning of the class period
• Make the corrections on the back of the quiz or on a seperate piece of paper
• If a seperate piece of paper is used, please staple corrections to the quiz
• Do not change any of the original work on the quiz
• Half credit will be given to all correctly recorrected work

If a student should receive any grade lower than a "C" (< 75%) on any math test, then he or she may retake the test if the following requirements have been met:

• Corrections to the original test have been submitted withing 3 math class periods of receiving the test back.
• Test corrections have been completed with work with 90% accuracy.
• Student has set up a time with the teacher to retake the test within one week of submitting the corrections.

* The student's final test grade will be an average of the original test and the retake.
