The MCC students have always helped me, so I am hoping I can get about 12 or so to help that morning. It doesn’t only have to be Honor Society students, any student that you think is responsible would be great! Please let me know!

2. Genesis House Fundraiser at Suntree Country Club (volunteers for this event need to contact Mr. Marian by Thursday! See list below!)We will need the students to be at the Club House by 7:30am. They will need to stay till the end of play which will be approximately 12:30. They will be welcome to stay for the dinner and silent auction that will follow immediately after the tournament. This will be held upstairs at the Club House. They should wear golf clothing - collared shirts, shorts or slacks, no jeans. They should bring a hat, sunglasses & sunscreen. It can get pretty hot out on the course. I hope to find someone to donate the sunscreen but they should be prepared. They should check in at our registration desk. They usually set up registration at the back of the Club House. There is a desk at the entrance. The person covering the desk will know where we are. They can look for me and I will give them a name badge and their assignments. They will work in groups of two. Please give them my numbers 951-9798 or 446-0199 if they have any questions. I would like to get their numbers as well so that I can call them a day or so prior to the tournament. Please let them know that if they sign up we will be depending on them to be there on time and able to stay for the entire tournament. Thank you.
Sunday, April 22 7:30 am to 1 pm
Volunteers should call Vonnie Marian to give him your contact information.See directions above.
I have not heard from any of the MCC student volunteers that had signed up to work the tournament on Sunday 4/22. Do they have my contact information? Please have them call me at 9541-9798 or 446-0199 or they can e mail me at vmarian@att.net. I really need to for sure if they are going to be able to help out. I am sorry that I let it get so close to the wire. I was going to get in touch last week but forgot that school was out for Holy Week. Thank you for your help.
