Books on Tape from the Public Library
If you have never listened to a book on tape...well you should try one! The one I enjoyed the most was Children of the Lamp: The Akhenaten Adventure by P. B. Kerr. It was wonderful. I liked it so much that I have listened to half a dozen on tape. Go down to the public library and browse the isle. They have quite a nice selection.
