3rd Nine Weeks: 


This nine weeks, each student will choose his or her own novel for an independent reading assignment (IRA.)  The assignment will include a written report and an audio/visual presentation.  The title must be submitted by January 14, 2008, for teacher approval.  Furthermore, we will focus on preparing for the Mississippi Subject Area Tests.  We will read numerous passages designed to practice for the state test.
