Foreign Language club meets once a month, on B Club Wednesdays.  We have lots of great activities planned for the year, including music, games, dances. and speakers.  We usually have delicious HISPANIC or FRENCH FOOD!

 Membership dues are $5.00 for the year.  You may pay your dues with me.  For the first 10 students to join the Foreign Language Club, I will pay $1.00 towards your membership, so the first 10 of my students who join the club pay only $4.00!!!!!

AMISTAD (the Association of MIllington students Studying Topics of the African Diaspora)  is MCHS's African American Studies Club.  ANY student at MCHS can join AMISTAD, including those students who are taking African-American History with Coach Wood.  AMISTAD meets on A Club Wednesdays in Room 406 (Ms. Bryant's room).  Dues for AMISTAD are $6.00, and are payable to Ms. Bryant BEFORE THE FIRST CLUB MEETING.

It is very important for students to have community service experiences, especially when applying for jobs, memberships, college,and scholarships. I will make available information on volunteeropportunities that are available in the Millington/Memphis/ShelbyCounty area. Most will require that students provide their owntransportation to the site. Students can see me or ask their teachersfor the monthly newsletter of volunteer ops or they may come by room406 to see me personally.
