I teach Language Arts, Literature Studies, and have an Excel class on the 6A Team. This is my 6th year teaching at Heritage at the middle school level. I absolutely love teaching reading and writing, and working with young adolescent students, so I feel I have the greatest job in the world! Reading and writing are woven into every aspect of our lives, therefore my goal this year is to see all of my students gain a love for reading, a curiosity for language, and the ability to effectively communicate their thoughts, feelings, and opinions in writing. I have high expectations for my students, and believe that each and every one of them is capable of greatness!
