Parents & Students,
We have reached one of my favorite times of the year. I am very much involved with my family and family activities and this time of year means so much to me.
I want to first tell you thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this semester a great teaching experience. I appreciate you sharing your children with me and allowing me to spend my days with your child. Thank you for responding so well to my pleas of help and "I need" items. You are wonderful parents to work with. Thank you for helping with the projects and extra credit posters, as well as some of their homework if they had questions.
It is a wonderful thing to have parents backing you and supporting you. It counteracts those few days when a teacher says, "remind me again why I'm doing this". I am doing this because I enjoy teaching and helping them learn.
To my students, thank you for your hard work. I know there are days you really would rather be home watching TV or anything other than being here learning at school, listening to me say 'you'll need paper, pencil, and a calculator'...... Thanks for the homework completed and listening in class and even for putting up with me when I really NEEDED that extra cup of coffee that I didn't get.....you all are awesome
Again, thanks so much for all you do. Have a relaxing and enjoyable Thanksgiving. Let us remember what all we have to be thankful for.
Mrs. Kim
