MEET THE TEACHER

My name is Katherine Diggs and I have been teaching at St. Joseph's School for 19 years. I have taught grades 1, 2, and 4. I was at another Catholic school for 11 years and taught grades  2, 3, and 4.

I love dogs and chocolate! I have  two miniature schnauzers. Dunkin is four and his brother Maxwell is two.  I enjoy reading scary books and mysteries. I also enjoy spending time at the beach, going to concerts, and SHOPPING!

I love teaching. It has been very rewarding to me. Meeting students that I have taught and seeing how they have grown and changed is amazing. I'm very pleased if they remember me and have a fun story to tell of their time in my classroom. I have had many memorable students and teaching experiences. I'm looking forward to a terrific 2009-2010 school year!
