There was a child went forth

There was a child went forth every day, and the first object she look'd upon, that objects she became, and that object became part of her for the day or a certain part of the day, or for many years or stretching cycles of years.

The hugs in the mornings and evenings became part of this child, and the blast of love when we kiss on the cheek, and the birth of the foals in the early spring and the litter of puppies curiously searching and the kittens running everywhere, and little cousins around all the time.
