EVERY MONDAY: an A5 tonal drawing (of an object that relates to your theme)

WEDNESDAY 7 APRIL: your A2 painting FINISHED (with all the planning)

MONDAY 12 APRIL: Planning for the next painting finished

FRIDAY 3 MAY: PAINTING NO 1 DUE

FRIDAY 7 MAY: PLANNING FOR PAINTING NO 2 DONE

MONDAY 31 MAY: PAINTING NO2 DUE

NB!!!! FROM 1 - 10 JUNE YOU WILL BE PLANNING YOUR FINAL COURSEWORK PIECE

THIS MUST BE A1 & MUST BE A CONCLUSION OF ALL YOUR WORKS.

I'LL EXPECT YOU TO WORK ON IT DURING THE JUNE HOLIDAYS AND THEN FINISH IT IN CLASS DURING THE FIRST 2 WEEKS OF THE 3RD TERM. SO YOUR DUE DATE FOR YOUR MAIN COURSEWORK PIECE IS THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST.

REMEMBER AUGUST & SEPTEMBER IS DEVOTED TO EXAM PREPARATION WORK ONLY.

We must get TWO A2 paintings done this term (with planning).

Remember ... we need to send at least 4 or 5 paintings (plus prep work). We need to fill 4 x A1 pages (8 sides). This excludes the final "piece de resistance" painting!
