- Students are allowed to make-up work if there is an acceptable excuse presented in writing within 48 hours (2 days) of the absence. The note should include the student's name, date of absence, reason for absence, parent signature and phone number.
- Students have the same numbers of days as they were absent; and/or to make arrangements with each teacher, to make up assignments following an excused absence.
- Students who check out and have an unacceptable excuse will receive a zero (0) for each period on all graded work given during the time of his/her absence. Graded work includes a daily participation grade.
