I am happy to assist your child with his/ her medication at school, and ask that all medications be brought to school by a parent and not a child for safety reasons. Medications, both prescription and over the counter, will require written consent as well as time to be given and dosage instructions by parent. All prescription medications must be current and need to be clearly marked with a label from the pharmacy with the following information: student's name, dosage, time to be given, prescribing doctor.
