Introduction
I am very excited to spend the 2009-2010 school year at GCMS. My name is Jeremy Turcotte and this will be my ninth year in education. I come to Gulfport after spending the past seven years in the Bay St Louis-Waveland School District and one year at Northwest Rankin. I am from Bay St Louis where I graduated from Bay High School in 1996. I received a B.A. from William Carey College in 2001 and recently finished my M.S. Interschlastic Athletic Administration at USM. In the past I have taught PE, Oral Communication, Theatre, and Social Studies. I have coached football, baseball, and soccer. I am married to Caroline Cox Turcotte, a special education teacher at West Elementary and we have two daughters, Marley and Ella. My interests include movies, music, golf, and everything to do with football. I am happy to be joining the Gulfport School District and I look forward to working with the students in the classroom and gym as well as on the field.
