Literacy Coach
Welcome to the 2010-2011 School Year! My name is Jessica Talbert and I am the literacy coach at Harris Accelerated Elementary School! This will be my 3rd year at Harris Elementary School and I am looking forward to working hard this year to help ALL students reach their capacity in all aspects of literacy.
I will be working in many classrooms this year teaching Guided Reading as well as working with many of our highest need students according to our district RTI (Response to Intervention) Plan. Also, I will be assisting teachers to improve their literacy instruction through grade level meetings, literacy meetings, and individual data meetings.
