• Conference days are on Thursday, December 3rd and Friday, December 4th.  You can stop in the school office between the hours of 7:45 and 3:30 to sign up.  I encourage all of you to sign up for a conference.  THE ONLY WAY TO SIGN UP IS TO COME TO THE OFFICE IN PERSON.  Do not call the school or send a note or email. 

• Race for Education is on Friday(pray for no rain!)  Children must wear PE uniforms and sneakers.  Our time to walk to 8:30 to 9:30.  We will walk on the main parking lot.  If the weather is bad, we will be in the Parish Center.

• Now that the weather is cooler, please work on zippering and buttoning coats.  Your child must be able to zipper or button any coat he/she wears to school.

• Return those books on Tuesday! :-)

• Please put your child's name on his/her snack bag everyday.  We have many children bringing brown bags with no name and they get mixed up!

• Please pull up to the curb out front and drop your children off in the drop off zone in the morning.  You should not park behind the church and walk your child in unless you are coming to stay for a volunteer job.

• Remember to click on the calendar tab to check out what's going on this week!  Click on the files tab to see some pictures from our fieldtrip and m&m graphing.

• Please remember that the first spot along the curb is for the HOT SPOT WINNER!  Do not park in this spot!  Thank You.

• Please remember to check this site every week on Monday!

• WHEN YOU PARK IN THE KINDERGARTEN ONLY LANE FOR PICK UP, YOU MUST LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!  YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO TALK ONCE THE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN DISMISSED!

• Please put names on everything including sweatshirts, sweaters, and jackets!

Letter of the Week:  Cc

Word of the Week:  "are"

When we focus on the letter of the week, your child should be mastering the name and sound the letter makes.  I will also teach the proper way to write the letter.

We will finish numbers to 12.  Later in the week will will start the new chapter on using number 0 to 12.

This week's unit is about being thankful.

Our next unit is Fall.  We will be working on Thanksgiving from the past and present.  Begin to talk to your child about your family's Thnaksgiving traditions.  After the holiday, your child will need to tell me and illustrate one of your family's Thanksgiving traditions.
