Students are expected to follow classroom rules and school rules at all times during the day.
Students will begin everyday with an A+ (top level) for conduct.
They will receive 2 verbal warnings or redirection to correct behavior. On the 3rd warning their picture will be moved down one level and will receive a time-out if necessary.
A daily conduct grade will be listed on a conduct chart that will be kept in each child's daily folder. A breakdown of conduct grades is: level 5 = level 4 = level 3 = level 2 = level 1 = Baseline = *Consequences*

F and a note or phone call
Students who earn lower than a C by recess will not have recess that day. If they earn a D or F during or after recess, they will not have recess the following day.
End of the Year Star Student Carnival for students who were Star Students for 3 nine week periods!!
*Daily rewards* for A+ and A: may include sticker or stamp
Weekly rewards for students who receive A's and B's 4 out of 5 days: May include trip to the treasure box on Friday and name added to the wall of fame!
Students who earn star student status for 7 out 9 wks, will receive a star certificate and Star Student Pencil!
Bonus sticks may be earned daily by walking quietly in hallways, waiting quietly when I speak to an adult/visitor, receiving compliments from other faculty or administration, being an extra good citizen, sleeping or laying quietly on mat during naptime.
**Bonus Rewards**
5 Bonus sticks by the end of the weeks will receive special prizes which may include but not limited to:
Eating lunch with teacher extra computer time
quiet activity during nap special helper for a day
trip to the Bonus Box extra recess
