Please call me at least 24 hrs in advance to set up a conference. I have 2 small children and this way I can arrange their schedule to meet mine. If it is an emergency I try to be flexible if at all possible.

IEP notices go out at least 10 school days before meetings. Please return them promptly so that final schedules can be established.
