Welcome to Fourth Grade!!
Welcome to 4-2! I am very excited to have your child in my class. So far, there are 23 students in the class but I anticipate more will be added.
It is very important that you sign up on my mailing list. My main source of communication with you will be by e-mail. Information contained in the e-mails include what is happening in the classroom, test dates band anyhting else that involves your child. Do not be surprised if you receive several e-mails during the course of the week. Homework is not included because you child is expected to write in in his/her agenda.
The Math packet and the War With Grandpa assignments are due the first week of school. These will be his/her first Reading and Math grade of the year. All the information regarding the Reading is on the school website. The work must be done in his/her Reading notebook which will continue to be used throughout the year. Your child must also read a book from the list.
I am looking forward to working with you and your child. By working together, your child will benefit greatly.
