 We will start our new book this week and will continue the new story after Thanksgiving, as this week is a very short week.

New Story "Sam's Stunt".  The children have already received their new word list.  We are again working with blends and double consonants.  Please practice the words with the children daily for speed and better recognition.

We will be doing lots of review these next two days as well as learning some new skills.

*Math*   

 We are working on position words and we will also continue to do adding and subtraction drills.

Please continue to work on addition and subtraction facts using flash cards or just going over the study list that was sent home.  I'm planning to update that list shortly.  Thanks for your cooperation.

Spelling

Our quiz will be on Monday and we will also do our dictation sentence.  New list will be in our angel books on Monday. We will have a spelling test on the Monday after Thanksgiving.

Keep reading on...lots of extra space....  

 Race for Education is over.  What a great time we had "dancing in the street."  Thanks for all your support!

•  hook to hang lunch outside of the back pack
•  NO LUNCHES IN THE BACKPACK
•  sign the calendar in the Angel pad 
• This is not being done daily....
• Book It......  We would like to have 100% for our class.
• Don't forget our lunch towels 
• Check pencils and pencil case for good pencils and clean out the pencil case also the homework folders should be cleaned weekly.
