It is my pleasure to welcome all of you back to another school year. As you venture into a new year, remember that an original is always worth more than a copy. In other words, always be the best you that you can be.
What is popular is not always right; what is right is not always popular, therefore, be sure to always make wise choices. Remember, your choices determine the consequences.
You earn respect by how you live, not by what you demand. Be sure to respect yourself because if not, nobody else will.
For success, attitude is as important as ability. When you believe in yourself, anything is possible.
Never give up, there is always tomorrow and a chance to try again. Sometimes we may need to put in extra time or ask for additional help. There is no shame in wanting to learn.
Your teacher can open the door to learning, but you must enter by yourself. May your desire for learning always be the key that opens the door to knowledge for you.
