Page 8 should be completed by both a parent/guardian and child, and returned to me no later than Thursday, August 25, 2011, for a full credit grade. I think a full credit grade is a great way to begin the year.
Volunteer Opportunities
I am always in need of the following items which will count toward your volunteer hours at a rate of 1 volunteer hour for every $ 4.00 spent. Gift cards to office supply stores or general purpose stores (Target, Walmart, etc.) are not only acceptable, but welcomed.

- Tape
- Glue Sticks
- Colored Pencils/Markers
- Antibacterial Wipes
- Filler/Notebook/Binder Paper
- Printer Paper
