Dear Parents:
Hello! Welcome to a new scholastic year. I am pleased to have your child in my class. In order to have an appropriate educational climate, I have developed the following classroom discipline plan that will be in effect at all times.
Rules:
- Follow directions the first time given.
- Raise your hand to speak.
- Remain seated at all times.
- Walk in the classroom and in the hallway.
- Keep hands, feet and all objects to yourself.
Rewards:
- Verbal praise
- Stickers
- Positive notes sent home
- Special class activities
Consequences:
- Name on the board and verbal warning
- Work away from the group for 5 minutes
- Work away from the group for 10 minutes
- Contact parents
