Composition book or spiral notebook, blue or black pens, pencils, colored pencils, 1 roll paper towels, 1 box tissues, 1 gallon spring or distilled water.

Monday, 9/14 - Grade and discuss Chapter 1 Tests

Tuesday, 9/15 - Begin Chapter 2.  WB Questions 1-6 due Wednesday.

Wednesday, 9/16 -  Chapter 2 Basic Chemistry (PPT Lecture)

Thursday, 9/17 -  WB Questions 6-13 due Friday.

Friday, 9/18 - Grade WB Questions; Qwizdom review of basic chemistry.

September 8-12

Monday, 9/8 - Labor Day

Tuesday, 9/9 - Review Anatomical Terminology (Direction, Planes, Body Landmarks)

Wednesday, 9/10 - Quiz "Language of Anatomy"

Thursday, 9/11 -  Chapter 1 Test

Friday, 9/12 -Chapter 2 Notes (Concepts of Matter and Energy; Composition of MAater)  Homework - Workbook Questions 1-6.

September 1-5

Monday 9/1 - LABOR DAY

Tuesday 9/2 - Students will take notes from ppt presentation Chapter 1a and 1b.

Wednesday 9/3 - 1.1 Quiz

Thursday 9/4 - Review terminology; Homework - Study Guide Questions 11-19

Friday 9/5 - Quiz - Directional and Regional Terminology; Study Guide Questions 20-27 (At the clinic) and 28 THE FINALE due Monday, 9/8/08.

 

 

August 25-29

Monday, 8/25 - Read pages 1-11.  Answer reading guide questions.

Tuesday, 8/26 - Discuss answers to homework questions.  Start notes on Chapter 1.

Wednesday, 8/27 - Work with partner to create a "windowpane" of human body systems.

Thursday, 8/28 - Complete windowpanes.  Homework - Study Guide Questions 1-10.

Friday 8/29 - Review 1.1 (Overview, Levels of Organization, Homeostasis); Dicuss anatomical position, directional terms, anterior and posterior body landmarks, and body planes and sections.
