The meet for 4/11 has been postponed until 4/12. Running events will begin at 5:00pm.
I will not be at the meet tommorrow night or on Friday, so see me in the morning if you have any questions.
You are to run all the events you were scheduled to run in on 4/11. Do not add yourself to any events. The only exception is that you may scratch an event if there is not sufficient recovery time between races. Basically if you are in both the 1600 and 800 and the 800 starts less than 20 minutes from when the 1600 finishes, you may scratch the 800. Treat this meet as a hard practice.
I will give your Friday workout to Coach Thiel and I will be back on Monday for Pre-Meet.
Who is running district? I will announce on Monday or call Coach Thiel and have him announce oon Friday.
Veteran Team members make sure you help out at the JV meet on Friday.
