Music Rubric
Music/CD Option
Make a CD using seven or more songs that relate to the book you read. The maximum amount of points for this project is 100. Each song is worth a maximum of 7 points. For each song you are missing you lose 7 points. The CD should include a cover of your own design. List the songs and the artist performing the song. Include a copy of the lyrics for EVERY song on your CD. Your project should include a short essay for each song in which you explain the themes, characters, setting, etc. in the novel and how the songs you chose explain those literary elements. Each essay is worth 7 maximum points. For each essay you are missing you lose 7 points. The rubric must be printed and turned in with CD and your essays. Failure to do so is a 5 point deduction from the total point value.
*If you do not have access to the equipment to burn a CD do not chose this option.
