Monday, October 27th: Finish VIDEO: SQUANTO:A WARRIOR'S TALE and Discuss Homework: None
Tuesday, October 28th: (SUB-Mrs. Sanders) Classwork: 1 -Using what you've read in Chapter 4, Section 3, pages 116-119, copy and answer the following questions: (answer completely and put thought into it). #1-Why were the British and French rivals? #2 - In what ways was the Albany Plan of Union similar to the organization of the future nation?
2 - Geography Skills, page 117, study map and answer the two questions.
3 - Two Viewpoints "I Claim This Land!", page 118-Read and answer the two questions in "Learning From History".
Assignment 2 & 3 can go on the same page. Homework must go on a different page.
Homework: Critical Thinking Skillbuilder, page 120-Read, study, and answerquestions under "Practicing the Skill" (1,2,3). Homework Assignment should be on a separate page from classwork. I should befinished grading your binders by Wednesday, so until then, put your work in a safe place.

Thursday, October 30th: Using what you've read in Chapter 4-Section 4, pages 121-125, copy and answer the following questions: (answer completely and put thought into it). #1 How did England pay for the French and Indian War? #2 How did England expect to be repaid? #3 -Read page FL 57 (Spain loses Florida) -Florida Special Report.
Homework: None if you have finished classwork.
Friday, October 31st: Go over classwork from yesterday. Discuss Chapter 4-Section 4.
